COMPENSATION
Probationary Period: $7500
After Probationary Period: Base Rate of $40,000 to $100,000 plus Placement Bonuses

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Business Development | RPO/HR Services Sales
This is primarily a Business Development role with some full-cycle recruiter duties. We're looking for individuals who have had real experience selling RPO and other HR-related services, including client outreach, decision-maker presentations, selling value, pricing the contract, and closing the deal.
Nothing is handed to you here. You will start at ground zero to develop your client and candidate pipelines from scratch.
While we provide you the tools, you will have to achieve your goals through your own determination and perseverance.
Full Cycle Recruiting
After you have won the new account, you and other recruiters on the Dayfoxx Resources Recruiting Team, will fill the job requisitions from the opportunities you closed.
WHAT YOU BRING TO DAYFOXX RESOURCES:
Engagement Expertise: You should have a proven track record for new client engagement, preferably within the staffing industry. Your ability to build and nurture client relationships is crucial to your success in this role.
Business Acumen: Understanding the staffing industry and its challenges is essential. We're looking for professionals who can identify opportunities and propose solutions effectively.

REQUIREMENTS:
- Ability to sell the value in allowing Dayfoxx Resources — and its recruiting team — to be a company's RPO vendor.
- 5+ in a Business Development role, within the staffing industry, selling RPO + HR services
- 5+ years proficiency in using lead generation tools — such as ZoomInfo and LinkedIn Sales Navigator — is a mandatory requirement.
- 5+ years demonstrated Business Development capabilities, particularly in cold lead generation (cold-calling, email marketing, LinkedIn engagement strategies, etc.)
- High School Diploma or GED; BA – BS Degree preferred.
