Field Marketer will conduct sales and marketing for a home care agency, obtaining referral, perform home care account development in Hospitals, Nursing Homes, senior centers, senior housing, etc.
JOB SUMMARY:
Build market position by locating, developing, defining, negotiating, and closing business relationships.
Serve as an ambassador of Personal Touch Home Care within the communities and on our online platforms to identify and grow our pool/inventory of patients.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Identifies trendsetter ideas by researching industry and related events, publications, and announcements,
· Tracks individual contributors and their accomplishments.
· Locates or proposes potential business deals by contacting potential partners, discovering, and exploring opportunities.
· Screens potential business deals by analyzing market strategies, deal requirements, potential, and financials; evaluating options; resolving internal priorities; recommending equity investments.
· Develops negotiating strategies and positions by studying integration of new venture with company strategies and operations; examining risks and potentials; estimating partners' needs and goals.
· Protects organization's value by keeping information confidential.
· Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations.
· Enhances organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
· Utilizes all marketing tools to add to online presence and engagement geared to grow the business.
· Generates and submits weekly and periodical reports, e.g. ROI, pacing/trending/leads etc. to Director of Growth Strategy.
· Keep abreast of competitive products and their selling features.
· Makes effective use of sales tools to promote sales and effectively conducts presentations.
· Maintains up-to-date client/referral records.
· Effectively educates physicians, discharge planners, families, and the community at large on home care services/benefits.
· Participates in community activities and acts as an Agency representative.
· Represents the Agency in a professional and ethical manner
· Performs additional duties as requested based on business needs.
