Job Responsibilities:

  • Requests, receives, gathers, analyzes, and organizes information from multiple sources.

  • Ensures timeliness and completeness of received information and reconciles inconsistencies.

  • Gathers, organizes and uses information to answer questions and solve problems.

  • Establishes and maintains reporting schedules and files.

  • Use mathematical tools, like data modeling, to spot patterns in information, then use the findings to provide insight and point to solutions.

  • Keep track of case file status in order to ensure compliance with established deadlines.

  • Select relevant information from a variety of sources in order to prepare documents, reports, summaries, and replies to inquiries, ensuring accuracy and proper format of the information provided.

  • Interpret data and analyze results using statistical techniques.

  • Acquire data from primary or secondary data sources and maintain databases.

  • Manage suspense across multiple sources and follow up with Leadership and Stakeholders on documentation, required information and actions needed in order to meet deadlines.

  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications: 

  • Four-year degree or equivalent experience

  • 5 plus years' experience as a Business or Data Analyst

  • Five plus years working with teams and key stake holders to gather information.

  • Proven ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality. 

  • Ability to understand and extract data from common business documents (financial statements, articles of organization, corporate filings)

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Strong organizational and analytical skills.

  • Ability to provide efficient, timely, reliable and courteous service to customers. 

  • Proven commitment and competence to provide excellent customer service; positive and flexible.

  • Ability to synthesize and present information. Effectively

  • Ability to work independently.

  • Ability to grasp and understand the organization and functions of the customer.

  • Meticulous data entry skills

  • Competence to review, interpret, and evaluate complex legal and non-legal documents.

  • Attention to detail and the ability to read and follow directions is extremely important.

  • Strong time management, organizational, and prioritization skills 

  • Experience with the Microsoft Office suite of applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Power BI) and other common software applications, to include databases, intermediate skills preferred.

  • Strong Excel skills, with ability to use advanced functions is highly desired (SUMIF, vLookup, Pivot Tables, formulas) 

  • Attention to detail and the ability to read and follow directions is extremely important.

  • Federal Acquisition Regulations and Code of Federal Regulations knowledge a plus

  • Regulatory public comments process experience a plus

  • Hybrid, ability to commute to Austin, Texas on an average frequency of once weekly and an additional 10% travel annually within the state of Texas.

  • Perform as a liaison between employees and customer stakeholders to support access to digital platforms.

  • Maintain training records/compliance and training calendar for team members.
