SalaryDescription:
PingWind is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Analyst to join our team. As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing solutions to enhance efficiency and productivity.
Location: Fort Knox centric (REMOTE)
Required Clearance: Secret w/ability to obtain a TS
Required Education: Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field.
Required Experience: Eight (8) years of experience as a Business Analyst
Responsibilities:
- use of data provided by cost estimators to create overall cost versus benefit assessment while considering functional benefits, technical performance, risks, and schedule concerns.
- Experience in the analysis of IT business and information environment, activities, and events.
- Experience in finding trends, errors and reviewing data with report writing skills.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand and document their requirements.
- Conduct interviews, surveys, and workshops to gather information.
- Analyze existing business processes and systems to identify areas for improvement.
- Evaluate the impact of proposed changes on business operations.
- Design and propose technology solutions to address business challenges.
- Develop detailed system specifications and documentation.
Requirements
- Collaborate with development teams to ensure the successful implementation of solutions.
- Oversee system testing and validation processes.
- Manage and coordinate projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
- Communicate project progress to stakeholders.
- Maintain thorough documentation of business processes, requirements, and system configurations.
- Provide training to end-users on new systems and processes.
- Stay informed about industry trends and emerging technologies.
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in business processes and systems.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications: Master’s Degree in relevant Field, Business Analysis Profession (CBAP) or similar certifications are a plus.
