Job description
- Project/Role Description:
- Our client is establishing new Product Domains that focus on delivering solutions that meet the needs of multiple specified business areas.
- The primary objectives of the projects are as follows:
- Improve operational efficiency and effectiveness within each vertical.
- Enhance decision-making processes by providing timely and accurate data analysis and reporting.
- Ensure effective communication and collaboration between project teams and business units.
- Deliver projects on time, within budget, and in alignment with the specified quality standards.
- Drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities for optimization and process refinement.
- Logistics:
- Remote but must be able to be onsite in Nashville, TN from time to time
- Contract
- 3rd party, c2c, or Visa Sponsorship is unavailable at this time
- Role Overview:
- Work closely with PM’s, business units/stakeholders to elicit, document, and validate business requirements.
- Conduct detailed analysis and documentation of business processes.
- Collaborate with project teams to ensure requirements are met during the development and implementation phases.
- Assist in the creation of test plans and test cases.
- Support user acceptance testing and ensure successful implementation of project deliverables.
- Facilitate communication and coordination between business units and project teams
- Must have’s:
- 5+ years of experience in a Business Analyst role focused on Technology, Application, Cloud, Business
- Experience working on multiple projects with multiple resources at one time
- High level of attention to detail
- Excellent communication – written and verbal
- Proven ability to drive initiative/timelines/communication, assertive, takes ownership
- Professionally Aggressive
- Experience with multiple methodologies / frameworks
- Agile/Scrum/Kanban/Waterfall/ITIL
