Responsibilities
The Business Analyst will partner with multiple business segments to provide effective support and strategic guidance that includes assistance with product positioning, analytics on how to capitalize on market opportunities and shape future roadmaps to better align with expected market needs. This position involves comprehensive product performance analytics, ad hoc analysis, and standard reporting to IGT Gaming Product Management and other IGT Gaming functions as necessary.
- Present findings on product velocity, saturation, and placement figures
- Assists the business and support units with various analysis or planning requirements and monthly analysis of variances against budgets and forecasts
- Create custom presentation decks and schedules to senior/executive leadership on product placement performance
- Prepares Key Performance Indicators (KPI) for recurring business team meetings
- Manages data flow/input into organizational SQL database from corporate systems for reporting
- Aide in the Product R&D budgeting process and align that to a Product Financial forecast plan
- Performs additional duties and responsibilities as assigned
- Minimum 5+ years of experience required
- Bachelor's Degree with major in Business, Finance, or Accounting required
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Ability to travel on occasion
- Must be able to pass a security investigation
Preferred:
- Experience with SAP/Business Warehouse a plus
- Experience with SQL/Access/VBA/Tableau a plus

At IGT, we consider a wide range of factors in determining compensation, including background, skills, experience, and work location. These factors can cause your compensation to vary. The estimated starting compensation range is $38,200 - $133,000. The actual pay offered may end up being higher or lower. The Company will comply with all local pay requirements and collective bargaining agreements, where applicable.
Base pay is only one part of our Total Rewards program. Sales roles may be eligible for commission payments, while other roles are eligible for discretionary bonuses .
