Amazon Air is seeking an experienced Sr. Business Analyst to direct, lead, identify, create, develop and integrate innovative solutions and programs that result in improvements to reporting, forecasting and performance. This position will lead the development and execution of new worldwide transportation initiatives designed to improve overall efficiency and meet the ever-growing demand for capacity. The successful candidate will have strong leadership, data mining and modeling skills, and is experienced in facilitating ideas and working from concept through to execution.

A day in the life
Daily cadence for someone in this role would be to own the NA 3P network KPI program, create data pipelines to ensure accurate reporting across multiple platforms, manage the logic and rebuttal process, data mine discrepancies to clean state, create visualizations and scorecards for Gateway performance reporting. Own data pipeline process and mechanisms to provide automated solutions to standardize metrics, build internal and external metric decks, and drive network level performance improvements.
About the team
The Gateway Ops team is responsible for managing the contractual relationship with AIR's 3P Ground Handling vendors at 43 Gateways currently active in the US. This includes, definition of standard work, support for new Gateway launch, Peak/Prime Readiness, Price Analyses, Performance & KPI management, invoicing and payments, as well as negotiation of Master Operating Plans (MOPs) for each Network Execution Plan (NEP).
