Reviews, analyzes, and evaluates business systems and user needs. Formulates systems to parallel overall business strategies. Writes detailed description of user needs, program functions, and steps required to develop or modify computer programs. May require a bachelor's degree in a related area and 2-3 years of experience in the field or in a related area. Familiar with relational database concepts, and client-server concepts. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of complicated tasks. May report directly to a project lead or manager. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.
Business Analyst support for RCS team to support A2Q migration.
1. Assist in A2Q Migration (migrating our Tableau dashboards to Quicksight) for US RCM LH & BT that we are targeting to migrate by Q3’2024. This is necessary to track RCM performance and cost.
Below are the vital dashboards that needs to be migrated.
- Capacity Conversion Deck
- Pricing Deck
- Load, Block & Contract Rejection Decks
- Premium vs. DAT YoY Deck
- Liquidity Deck
- Published Price Deck
- QL Analysis Deck
2. Support with updating and maintaining EU RCM WBRs, MBRs, QBRs Reporting Dashboards. update and maintenance. This is necessary to track RCM performance and cost.
3. Develop a Quicksight dashboard for EU RCM Pricing similar to the one we have for US RCM LH. This will help the Team in detecting anomalies in published rates, forward-looking pricing trend, identify pricing opportunities and reduce cost.
4. Develop Risk Adaptive Quantity Limits (RAQL) and Liquidity dashboards for EU RCM similar to RCM US decks. Temp support on this will help minimize cost and DEA impact.
5. Support on above tasks will help in automating all our existing reporting mechanisms and free up analytics bandwidth to focus on product improvement opportunities.

Contract Length: 6 Months
Pay Range: $28 - $33 per hour
