Responsibilities:
- Engage closely with stakeholders to grasp business requirements pertaining to Sales and Field Service.
- Craft and lead the Dynamics 365 architecture in line with the organization's strategic objectives.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation such as design specifications, test plans, and deployment strategies.
- Utilize extensive experience in Sales and Field Service modules to architect resilient solutions.
- Formulate comprehensive technical designs for Sales automation, customer engagement, and service delivery.
- Evaluate and strategize the capacity requirements for Dynamics 365 environments.
- Optimize resource allocation, scalability, and performance.
- Construct Model-Driven Apps and Canvas Applications tailored to specific business requirements.
- Ensure seamless integration with other Dynamics 365 modules.
- Integrate Dynamics 365 with SAP, SQL Server, and other API-based interfaces.
- Leverage expertise in SAP and SQL Server backend systems.
- Enhance system performance, accounting for data volume, user load, and responsiveness.
- Identify and address technical risks associated with Dynamics 365 implementations.
- Work collaboratively with partner teams to execute projects efficiently.
- Foster cross-functional alignment and successful solution delivery.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 12 to 15 years of relevant experience in Dynamics 365 architecture and implementation.
- Certifications in Dynamics 365 (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Solution Architect) are highly advantageous.
- Expertise in Sales and Field Service modules within Dynamics 365.
- Proficiency in data modeling, database design, and capacity planning.
- Hands-on experience in building Model-Driven Apps and Canvas Applications.
- Integration skills: Experience integrating with SAP, SQL Server, and other APIs.
- Leadership and Communication: Ability to lead partner teams and communicate effectively.
