Job Summary
This position is responsible for leading end-to-end project activities within the Commercial Intake and Business Solutions HCM Intake team.
Activities include, however are not limited to, consulting with business partners to refine ideas and business cases impacting Business and IT stakeholders across multiple areas by identifying operational and IT application impacts, providing project estimations, and completing project hand-off to delivery teams.
This position is Hybrid meaning working in office 3 days/week and remotely 2 days/week.
NOTE: This Hybrid role can be located in CHICAGO IL, TULSA, OK, HELENA, MT, ALBUQUERQUE, NM or RICHARDSON TX ~ relocation will not be offered; sponsorship is not available. Hybrid meaning working in office 3 days/week and remotely 2 days/week.
Required Job Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree and 2 years Information Technology experience OR Technical Certification and/or College Courses and 4 year Information Technology experience OR 6 years Information Technology experience.
• At least one year experience leading projects
• Knowledge of system architecture and application portfolio (Technical understanding).
• Knowledge of requirements management and/or prototyping [JIRA, ALM;( nice to have RallyDev, Balsamiq, iRise)].
• Understanding of SharePoint
• Ability to simplify & standardize complex concepts and/or processes.
• Ability to communicate with different levels of leadership
• Leadership skills
• Strong relationship management skills
• Business acumen.
• Project management skills
• Requirements definition and management
• SDLC, Iterative, Agile, OWF, and /or Scrum development
• Proficiency in MS Office; Microsoft Visio
• Problem solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Possess ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously, and manage multiple priorities, as applicable.

Preferred Job Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in computer science, Business Administration, or Information Technology
• Business process management and modeling
• BA Certification
• Experience working in Healthcare industry
