Add'l Salary Info: Typical hiring range is $6,161-$6,728/monthly (depending on experience). Position will receive annual raises of 4.5% up to the top step (steps 1-10).
Visions is seeking a Business Analyst who will analyze, prepare, audit, monitor and perform complex work in the development, control and analysis of various Visions information systems which may include attendance, ordering, accountability, student records, learning management, enrollment, etc. The position will serve as a department liaison with Technology Services Department staff reviewing procedures, processes and software to promote efficiency. The Business Analyst will provide project management support for major projects. The position will create work orders and make recommendations for improvements to systems, develop training materials and events for various office personnel.
Certified Associate in Project Manager (CAPM), Project Management Professional (PMP) certification, or Lean Six Sigma experience is highly desirable. Experience with Excel or Google Sheets is required.
In general, this position will work a hybrid schedule of 3 days at our office in Carmichael, CA and 2 days from remotely. However, depending upon the needs of the department this schedule is subject to change.

Requirements / Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, statistics, project management, marketing, management information systems, finance or related fields from an accredited college or university
- 4 years of increasingly responsible experience in business, statistics, project management, finance, information systems or other related fields.
