The Business Analyst is the liaison between the business users and the technical staff to gather requirements, detail the requirements and act as the conduit to facility the resolutions of any questions/obstacles that may come up during the project implementation.

- Discover the detailed requirements by working closely with the business users and asking the appropriate questions.
- Ability to identify and prioritize requirements sourced from various business users.
- Work with the technical staff to answer any questions to assist in bridging the gap between the business requirements and the technical requirements.
- Structured, organized, and able to multi-task.
- Diligent about following the processes.
- People skills, with the ability to negotiate with the stakeholders on project and feature priorities.
- Project management skills, in an Agile methodology preferably.
- Knowledge of the JIRA software is a plus.
- Knowledge of how to document requirements in the form of use-cases is a plus.
- Experience in a financial environment is a plus
- Exposure to AGILE development methodologies is a plus.
- Maintain a positive work atmosphere by behaving and communicating in a manner so that you get along with customers, clients, co-workers, and management.
- Work alongside the Product Owner / Head or Project management to create/update the EBusiness project portfolio and the product’s roadmaps.
- Interview all the business and technical stakeholders to gather requirements.
- Research and work with the technical team to detail and document the requirements.
- Participate in scrum meetings to gather status updates and assist in resolving any questions/obstacles during the project implementation.
- Communicate progress to the stakeholders and set expectations throughout the implementation process.
- Create and Update change request in the JIRA software.
- Create and update the Conditions of Acceptance for the various projects.
- Work closely with the technical team to make decisions or research and follow-up with the business users to get answers.
- Mange the deployment process of the Ebusiness deliverables working close with the Information System leadership team to engage and schedule the various resources that are needed for a successful deployment.
- Communicate and update the stakeholder on potential production issues and work with the business stakeholder and the technical staff to resolve the issues.
