Job Description
- Contact providers to obtain credentialing documents.
- Review received credentialing documents for quality and completion.
- Track status of credentialing documents and contracts.
- Upload contracts into the system and track progress.
- Manage mailbox and respond to contracting inquiries.
- Utilize existing AzCH applications to load contracts, remediate errors in load, and drive consistency and quality of loads.
- Ensure quality in collected credentialing documents to drive accuracy in contract loads.
- Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience.
- 2-4 years of business process or data analysis experience, preferably in healthcare.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Applications, including Excel and Access preferred.
- Project management experience preferred.
- Position requires outstanding communication skills (verbal and written) in collaboration and correspondence to internal and external customers and departments.
- Position utilizes larger data sets in excel spreadsheets that require the ability to utilize excel skills for creating pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, and excel formulas.
- Attention to detail and solid analytical skills are essential.
- Position requires attention to detail for internal quality and reporting deliverables to the state and to regulators.
- Rate: $35.66/hour
- Days / Hours: Monday-Friday
- Contract length: ~5 months
- Location: Must reside in the State of Arizona
