The Business Intelligence Analyst Role

As a Business Intelligence Analyst, you will collaborate with team members across the Finance, Sales, and Account Management teams to tackle real business challenges. Your opportunity for impact will range from identifying trends in customer behavior to performing financial analyses for both prospective and current customers. You will leverage data visualization software and other analytical tools to build reports and conduct analyses critical for monitoring evolvedMD's performance. The ideal candidate will have a high level of analytical skills, robust problem-solving skills, and proven expertise in translating data to non-data teams and individuals.

Location

This is a hybrid position based out of evolvedMD's corporate headquarters in Scottsdale, Arizona.

Compensation

• First-year compensation $75,000 to $85,000 annually (DOE)
• Bonuses driven by self-care, professional development, and individual KPIs
• $1,200 annual technology allowance

Your Experience, Background, and Skills

• Experience in financial analytics, healthcare analytics, or a similar field
• Bachelor's degree in finance, business analytics, statistics, or other relevant field/experience preferred.
• Familiarity with data visualization tools like Tableau or PowerBI preferred.
• Strong fluency with Excel formulas and functions.
• Familiarity with SQL and DAX
• Strong analytical and data-gathering skills.
• Ability to organize a daily workload by priorities.
• Must be able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced quick-changing environment.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong decision-making skills.
• Curious and coachable personality, willingness to learn new skills
• Professional level verbal and written communication skills.

Your Expected Deliverables

• Collaborate with individuals and teams throughout evolvedMD to deliver analytical and data objectives.
• Maintain data governance policies, procedures, and protocols to ensure data quality, consistency, and compliance with all regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with external data stakeholders to support the delivery of robust analytical reports on customer performance, impact, and outcomes.
• Transform complex data into clear, actionable insights to drive stakeholder decision-making.
• Build and maintain financial models for assessing the financial sustainability and success of various clinical programs and partnerships.
