Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Program Lead/Business Analyst to oversee the progression of projects from initial business requirements to the final delivery of technical solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for gathering and translating business needs into detailed documentation and specifications for our development team, ensuring the seamless execution of projects. With a strong background in data analytics and process management, the successful candidate will play a pivotal role in enhancing our operational efficiency and driving the successful completion of technical projects.
Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand and document business requirements for new projects or enhancements to existing systems.
• Translate business requirements into detailed functional specifications and technical requirements that can be understood by both business and technical teams.
• Lead the planning, scheduling, and coordination of project activities to ensure timely delivery within budget constraints.
• Act as a liaison between the business units and the development team, facilitating clear communication and ensuring that technical solutions meet business needs.
• Conduct and coordinate financial, product, market, operational, and related research to support strategic and business planning.
• Perform data analysis and create reports to support decision-making processes.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential risks and issues, and develop mitigation strategies.
• Review and analyze the effectiveness and efficiency of existing systems and develop strategies for improving or further leveraging these systems.
• Prepare and deliver reports, recommendations, or alternatives that address existing and potential trouble areas in operating systems across the organization.
• Ensure that all documentation is kept up to date and is accessible to relevant stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst, Technical Program Lead, or similar role in a technical environment.
• Strong understanding of data analytics, process management, and business intelligence.
• Experience in translating business requirements into technical specifications and documentation.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Knowledge of project management software (e.g., JIRA, Asana, Trello) and MS Office.
• Experience with SQL and familiarity with programming languages (e.g., Python, Java) is a plus.
