Title: Business Systems Analyst
Location: Orlando, FL (4 days onsite/week)
Duration: 12 month contract
Compensation: $70-$80/hr
Work Requirements: US Citizen, GC Holders or Authorized to Work in the US
Qualifications:
•Experience delivering projects working with teams using Agile/SCRUM/Iterative delivery methodologies is a must.
•Experience with implementation and deployment activities that include coordination of activities from more than one team
•5+ years of experience in a technical Business Analyst role with hands-on experience in Salesforce.com CRM (Sales & Service Cloud) products.
•Strong technical skills, including experience with Apex, Visualforce, SOQL, and Salesforce Lightning.
•Proven ability to gather and document business requirements.
•Experience working in a customer-facing role.
•Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
•Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
•Experience working in a consulting role is preferred.
•Exposure to the Salesforce Sales and Service Cloud is preferred.
•Prior software development experience preferred. Ability to 'read' code and understand the logic behind it.
•Exposure to Timeshare sales and marketing preferred.
