Job Description
Join our dynamic, remote team as a Business Analyst where you can serve our federal client. You will perform data analysis and help gather requirements for a data architecture and security project.
Position Duties:
- Collaborating with stakeholders to understand business objectives and requirements related to data architecture and data security.
- Conducting thorough analysis of existing systems, processes, and data structures.
- Conduct interviews, surveys, workshops, using various techniques to gather requirements from stakeholders.
- Analyze requirements to ensure they are clear, complete, and unambiguous.
- Creating detailed business requirements documentation and assist with the writing of technical specifications.
- Working closely with the technical team members to ensure that business requirements are accurately translated into technical specifications.
- Facilitating communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders to ensure a common understanding of the requirements.
- Assist in the implementation of new processes, including training and support for end-users.
Qualifications
Required Skillset:
- Must have a minimum of 5 years of related experience
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst supporting data and security focused projects.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex business requirements into technical solutions.
- Excellent communication skills which allow you to effectively work with both technical and non-technical team members.
- Solid understanding of data architecture and data security concepts.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Desired Skillset:
- Experience working with the Federal Government.
- Understanding of Zero Trust Architecture.
- Experience working with Agile Teams utilizing Scrum.
Education:
- Must have a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or other technical field of study
Clearance Requirement:
- Ability to obtain a Public Trust Clearance.
- Must be a US Citizen.
