As a Bus Driver, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safe and comfortable transportation of our passengers. Our buses operate within the picturesque Stratton Mountain Resort and its surrounding areas. We are looking for dedicated individuals who can work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, and commit to the seasonal schedule, which runs from November to April.

Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Safely operate buses, ensuring the well-being of passengers.
- Provide excellent customer service and assist passengers as needed.
- Maintain a clean and presentable bus interior.
- Follow established routes and schedules.
- Adhere to all safety and traffic regulations.
- Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections.
- Report any maintenance or safety issues promptly.
- Be attentive to passenger needs and address inquiries professionally.
- Collect and validate passenger fares as required.
Requirements:
- Current Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with the necessary endorsements.
- A clean driving history and the ability to pass a background and Motor Vehicle Records check.
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
- Safety-conscious with a commitment to passenger well-being.
- Willingness to work varied hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- A professional and courteous demeanor.
- Duration: November to April (estimated)
Compensation:
- The pay for this position starts at $30 per hour, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
- Bonus for completion of season dependent on shifts served at end of season
