Location: Cherry Point - Havelock, NC
ASCI Federal is currently seeking applicants to be considered for a Bus Driver role. The ideal candidate will have a passion for safe transportation and excellent customer service. We encourage you to apply if you have a valid CDL, a clean driving record, and enjoy working in a dynamic environment.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Safe Transportation: Safely operate buses in compliance with all traffic regulations and company policies, ensuring the well-being of passengers.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to passengers, addressing inquiries and maintaining a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Route Adherence: Follow designated routes and schedules, making adjustments as necessary to accommodate changes or delays.
- Vehicle Maintenance: Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections, reporting any issues promptly. Keep the bus clean and well-maintained.
- Compliance: Adhere to federal passenger transport regulations and maintain all required certifications.
Minimum Qualifications & Experience:
- Valid CDL with passenger endorsement.
- Clean driving record.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours and adapt to changing schedules.
- Previous experience as a Bus Driver is preferred.
- Must be determined suitable for federal employment.
- Must meet government requirements to gain access to military installations and systems.
