Building Services Engineer

GREAT PAY

The expected pay for this role ranges from $60,000 to $70,000 annually.

This position would also be eligible for $25/paycheck towards your cell phone, mileage reimbursement for work travel, and access to the break areas at Kent Station, Sunrise Village, and Sumner Evergreen.

YOUR NEW ROLE

As a Building Services Engineer, one of the key aspects of your role will be adhering to and updating property preventative maintenance schedules. You will have the opportunity to utilize your expertise and make recommendations to improve and update these schedules as necessary. Additionally, you will play a vital role in promptly and accurately responding to work order requests from our Commercial team.

Regular property inspections will be part of your responsibilities, where you will assess cleanliness and identify any maintenance-related issues that require attention. In cases where outside contractors are required, you will be responsible for obtaining bids and overseeing their work to ensure completeness and quality. Your attention to detail and ability to manage various aspects of property maintenance will be critical to the success of our team.

REQUIREMENTS

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Current driver's license and vehicle insurance
• Electrical EL07 certification or other licenses or certifications as required

Five years of experience in property management maintenance, other building maintenance, or related trade is preferred.
