Northwest Square is a mixed-use property with 15 apartments, a food hall and tap room, and event spaces. We are located in downtown DeLand, Florida.
Overview:
We are seeking an energetic Building Manager to oversee the day-to-day maintenance of a multi-use commercial property. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Grounds maintenance
- Cleaning and building maintenance
- Light janitorial
- Pressure washing
- Event set up and tear down
- Restocking supplies
- Painting
- Moving furniture
- Conducting regular inspections of the building to identify any maintenance or repair needs
- Coordinating with vendors and contractors for repairs, renovations, and equipment installations
- Maintaining accurate records of all maintenance activities, including work orders, inspections, and repairs
- Ensuring compliance with all relevant safety regulations and codes
Qualifications:
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to quickly identify issues and implement solutions
- Strong communication skills
