Building Maintenance Job Description
Cherry Creek Country Club is an upscale, family oriented, private club and golf course. As a Building Maintenance Technician, you will perform preventative maintenance and necessary repairs to buildings or equipment. You will also be asked to help with other day-to-day responsibilities.
Essential Duties of the position include but are not limited to:
- Schedule and perform all preventative maintenance including but not limited to; all HVAC systems, doors and windows, water systems, and the general upkeep of 3 buildings
- Make necessary repairs to buildings and equipment as needed in timely manner
- Keep detailed records and develop a routine maintenance schedule
- Repair minor electrical, plumbing, and hardware problems
- Coordinate contractors when necessary to make major repairs
- Snow removal and salt applications
- Communication with related departments
- Maintain organization and cleanliness of all areas

Job Requirements:
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Skills using power tools and in handiwork
- Valid driver license
- General knowledge of electrical and plumbing fields
- Weekend availability
This position is expected to average 40 hours a week and, as such, will qualify for the following benefits:
- Sick and Vacation pay up to 48 and 40 hours a year respectively – accrued based on hours worked
- Medical Insurance, Dental discount program, Aflac for yourself and dependents. Eligibility begins the first of the month following 60 days after date of hire. All plans are PPO based.
This position is classified as Exempt.
Salary range is $65,000 - $70,000 DOE.

Pay: $70,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
