This full time opening for a SASH Coordinator is based halftime in Brattleboro and halftime in Bellows Falls.
The primary role is building trusting relationships with participants while helping them access the community supportive services to address their needs around health, wellness, and housing.
A background in working with older and disabled adults and/or social services is preferred. Knowledge of area resources specific for this population is helpful.
