Salary: $30 - $45 per hour

As an HVAC Controls Technician, you will perform start-up functions on selected systems based on project plans, specifications, and other contract documents. Provide analysis of building control and HVAC system performance at an individual building level. Ensure documentation is accurate and complete. Provide project-engineering support as required

Job Details
As an HVAC Controls Technician, you will perform start-up functions on selected systems based on project plans, specifications, and other contract documents. Provide analysis of building control and HVAC system performance at an individual building level. Ensure documentation is accurate and complete. Provide project-engineering support as required
Job Duties include:
- Control program use, including: Trend Logs, Zones, Alarms, Reports, Back up, Graphics, minor DDC code modifications.
- Checkout of DDC control components
- Start up of Control Systems for projects
- Commissioning of Control and HVAC Systems
- Record and Update drawings
- Execute field changes and as-builds
- Troubleshoot component and equipment problems
- Training (Owner and peer)•Assist Project Engineer with field tasks/coordination
- Panel Construction
- Field Documentation (As Build drawings, Check-out sheets)•Manage time to complete assignments on time and within budget
- Work with Service Department on trouble calls
MUST HAVE:
- 2+ years of BAS/BMS or DDC Controls experience
- Maintenance/Repair/troubleshooting BAS systems
- Familiarity with one or more of the following platforms: Siemens, Schneider Electric, Johnson Controls, Alerton, Delta Controls, Trane, or ALC
- A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
