Our fast-growing team has lots of leads! We need sales agents to help us handle those leads. We provide a comprehensive training program as well as excellent marketing tools and administrative support. Leads - Buyer and seller leads every day.

Support - you will have help and training always

Training - We have weekly training that covers every aspect of Real Estate.

Coaching - we have weekly and one on one coaching available.

Business cards - We pay for Business cards.

Marketing - Lots of different strategies

New or experienced agents we want to talk to you.

What we ask of you:

• Be a licensed Real Estate agent or be willing to complete licensing courses. (If you're not licensed, we can help.)
• Be ready to dive into an extensive training program that is designed for success. (If you follow the training, you will have success as a Real Estate agent.)
• Be a team player. (We share everything that can help our fellow agents. (If you have knowledge that can help your fellow associates, share the wealth.)
• Be ready to work in an exciting and energetic atmosphere! (We're electric and love it!)
• Who you work with matters!

Qualifications:

• Real Estate license agent or Broker (Required).
• Must complete the 75-hour Real Estate course (If you’re in the process of taking the course you’re welcome to apply)
• Beginners are welcome to apply (No experience is needed)
• Needs to be available for a full-time position (for training and working with clients).

Salary: $68,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
