Job Title: Senior Project Budget and Financials Analyst
Duration: 12 Months - (Possible Extension/Potential to Convert)
Location: Plano, TX (Mostly Remote)
Description:
Assists Product Owners, Managers & Sr. Managers in preparation and update Annual Budgets (January - February) and Quarterly Forecasts (June, September, December) using Excel template and Business Planning and Consolidation ("BPC").
Explain monthly variance against Budget/Forecast. Track monthly vendor scheduled payments (including approvals for deliverable or time/materials).
Set up, monitor, follow up, and track purchase orders and validate invoicing data. Also, verify contract fee structure is accurate and prepare contract payment worksheets to accompany purchase requisitions.
Submit appropriate monthly and annual accruals, approved by Manager and/or Chief Product Owner ("CPO"). Review contracts (i.e. schedules or statements of work) to understand impact to budget. Monitor expenses for JRN reporting.
Required skills:
Bachelor's degree in finance or related field 5+ years of related Finance experience with a particular focus on operational/budget support.
Solid Analytical Skill Attention to detail.
Exceptional Excel Skills

Ariba OR BPC Experience
Project Management Experience
Notes:
This team provides technical solution for vehicles, software's. This person will be helping resources who are involved in technical projects.
Experience with tracking purchase orders and validate invoicing, data reconciliation of PO etc.
Solid Analytical Skill Attention to detail.
Exceptional Excel Skills
Ariba or any other procurement system experience will work, Project Management (Desired).
Need someone who is well Organized, customer service focused, Self-starter.
Minimum 5-7 Years of experience will be good. Manager is looking for someone who is self-starter.
