SalaryWe are a fun, rewarding and innovative small business in Frederick, CO in search of an Evening Part-Time Commercial Janitor in the Broomfield area.
Approx. 4 hours/week.
Cleaning Schedule:
1.5hrs per person (Access 5:30pm-10:00pm)
2.5hrs per person (Access 5:30pm-11:00pm)
Additional buildings and/or hours may be available in future.
Cleaning/Janitorial/Custodian Experience is a Plus, but not required. We will train the right person. We do provide all materials (cleaning supplies, PPE, rags, equipment, etc.) necessary to safely perform the job responsibilities. Light-duty cleaning consists of wiping down desks, counter tops, bathrooms, breakrooms, emptying trash, vacuuming, mopping and dusting.
Requirements
· Must be dependable and show to every shift
· Must be able to work independently
· Must be a quick learner with attention to detail.
· Must own a smartphone that allows you to be contacted reliably.
