Our team is dedicated to creating unforgettable experiences for brides-to-be as they embark on their journey to find the perfect dress for their special day.
Position Overview:
We are currently seeking a talented Bridal Consultant to join our team. As a Bridal Consultant, you will be responsible for guiding brides through the dress selection process with care, attention to detail, and a genuine commitment to ensuring their satisfaction. You will play a key role in creating a memorable and personalized shopping experience for each bride, helping them find the dress of their dreams while providing expert advice and assistance every step of the way.
Must be able to work at least 2 Saturdays a month, preferably every Saturday.
Responsibilities:
- Provide personalized styling consultations to brides, understanding their preferences, vision, and budget.
- Assist brides in selecting wedding gowns and accessories that complement their individual style and body type.
- Offer knowledgeable guidance on fabric, fit, and alterations, ensuring each bride feels confident and beautiful in her chosen attire.
- Manage appointment bookings, walk-in inquiries, and follow-up communications with customers in a professional and timely manner.
- Uphold the highest standards of customer service, professionalism, and integrity in all interactions with clients and colleagues.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in sales, fashion retail, or a related field. Bridal experience preferred.
- Strong passion for the bridal industry and a genuine desire to help brides feel confident and beautiful on their wedding day.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
- Detail-oriented approach with a keen eye for style, trends, and quality craftsmanship.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, multitasking and prioritizing responsibilities to meet the needs of clients.
- Flexible schedule, including availability to work on Saturdays
