Helping a bride find her wedding dress is like putting together a puzzle. Each piece of information she shares with you helps you get closer to the perfect wedding dress. When she says “YES” you will get emotional with her because you are so honored to have helped her find it.
To be successful in this position you must be emotionally intelligent. You must approach every situation with a servant heart. You need to listen to what is said, and more importantly, what is not said. You must be able to read people very quickly, understand their point of view and have empathy for them. When things don’t go quite right you need to possess the confidence and experience to professionally navigate the situation and help the bride find a solution without management intervening. Planning a wedding is very stressful and they expect everything about us to be perfect. A joyful wedding dress shopping experience is in the small details.
We are looking for team members that are available Wednesday through Sunday with no scheduling conflicts. Weekends and some evenings are required. Being a Bridal Stylist means working nights and weekends when most of our brides are out searching for their wedding dress.
