Bridal Sales Consultant

We are hiring Bridal stylists in both our Andover, MA and Salem, NH Stores.

We want all our brides, clients and families to have the shopping experience of a lifetime. Every single person who comes into Tulle should feel right at home.

With two locations, one in Andover, MA and one in Salem, NH, we are looking for part-time bridal stylists that is passionate to grow with our team.

About the role

As a stylist at Tulle, your goal is to develop a genuine relationship with the bride and her party while delivering a truly special experience. Our team is filled with passionate, educated and warm hearted individuals.

What being a Bridal Stylist is all about

• Provide an exceptional experience to all brides and their party members
• Work one on one with brides to learn and implement their dream wedding day style
• Build relationships with brides from the first point of contact to the pick up appointment and beyond
• Provide insight about emerging bridal trends, accessories, and other add-on items or services to all our clients
• Achieve and maintain sales goals
• Assuring to maintain a clean and well-organized store
• Represent the store and the designer labels we sell in a professional and warm and welcoming manner

Qualifications

• Open availability including weekends
• Strong sales aptitude with a track record of success
• Superior communication skills: must be both professional and friendly in both written and verbal forms
• Ability to solve problems quickly and efficiently, stay calm and professional in a busy environment
• The ability to quickly develop strong product knowledge of the bridal industry and wedding day trends
• The ability to lift and carry gowns, kneel and stand for extended periods of time
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to self-manage working effectively to meet goals
• Be a positive team player with a strong work ethic and the ability to multitask, helping your co-workers whenever needed

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $17.00 - $35.00 per hour
