Overview:

We are seeking a passionate and customer-focused Bridal Consultant to join our team at Olive & Grace Bridal in Grand Island, NE. As a Bridal Consultant, you will play a key role in providing exceptional service and guidance to brides-to-be as they search for their dream wedding gown. If you have a love for fashion, excellent communication skills, and enjoy working in a fast-paced retail environment, we would love to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

- Provide personalized assistance to brides-to-be throughout their bridal gown shopping experience
- Assist customers in selecting the perfect wedding gown, accessories, and other bridal party attire
- Conduct product demonstrations and provide information on different styles, fabrics, and designers
- Utilize the point-of-sale (POS) system to process sales transactions accurately
- Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and preferences
- Maintain a clean and organized showroom to create an inviting and pleasant shopping environment
- Assist with inventory management, including receiving and organizing new merchandise
- Handle cash transactions and maintain proper cash handling procedures
- Utilize basic math skills to calculate discounts, taxes, and change accurately

Skills:

- Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills
- Strong ability to communicate effectively with customers and provide exceptional service
- Previous experience in retail sales is preferred
- Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems is a plus
- Cash handling experience is desirable
- Basic math skills for calculating discounts, taxes, and change accurately

Qualifications:

- 2+ Experience in high-end retail and/or customer service

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Strong attention to detail and organization skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks

- Passion for the bridal industry and knowledge of current fashion trends in bridal wear

- Mandatory weekends

- 18+ years of age
