Job Responsibilities:
- Working one-on-one with customers to showcase the designers we carry.
- The ability to attentively listen and embrace the bride's vision; and be an advocate for what she is truly looking for.
- The flexibility to work in all of our departments: Prom, Pageant, Special Occasions, Mother of the Bride, Bridesmaids, as well as Bridal.
- Learning and understanding the full scope of the ordering timing, retail sales process and staying up to date with Trudy's new products and services.
A highly energetic and "can do" spirited type of employee has the ability to double their hourly wages. Our commission and bonus program is based on sales, and our well-loved customers often tip well!
