Experience/Qualifications: Registered ARDMS or ARRT(s), American Heart Association BLS Certification, for Health Care Provider
Position Summary
The Sonographer manages and performs all abdominal, gynecological, obstetrical, small parts, peripheral vascular and cerebrovascular ultrasound examinations. Demonstrates excellent comprehension and knowledge of anatomy and disease and can communicate this to the Radiologist.
The Sonographer is trained in the appropriate use of color Doppler techniques and other advanced imaging techniques. The Sonographer is capable of working independently to obtain all necessary clinical information for the Radiologist to make a diagnosis. Performs other duties as assigned.
