Breakfast/Lunch Server

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and customer-oriented Server to join our team. As a Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service and ensuring a positive dining experience for our customers. Your main goal will be to ensure customer satisfaction by taking orders, serving food and beverages, and addressing any customer inquiries or concerns. Duties: - Greet and seat customers in a friendly and professional manner - Present menus and provide detailed information about menu items, including specials and promotions - Take accurate food and drink orders from customers - Relay orders to the kitchen staff and ensure timely delivery of food and beverages - Upsell menu items and recommend additional items to enhance the dining experience - Monitor tables to ensure guests have everything they need throughout their meal - Clear tables and clean dining areas to maintain a clean and organized restaurant environment - Handle cash transactions and process payments accurately - Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation of food orders - Address customer inquiries, complaints, or concerns promptly and professionally Skills: - Previous experience in the restaurant or food service industry is preferred - Excellent customer service skills with the ability to provide exceptional guest experiences - Strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers, kitchen staff, and management - Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and calculating bills accurately - Knowledge of food preparation techniques, menu items, and beverage options - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail - Strong organizational skills to prioritize tasks and manage multiple tables simultaneously - Ability to work as part of a team in a collaborative manner Join our team as a Server and enjoy the opportunity to work in a dynamic restaurant environment where you can showcase your exceptional customer service skills while providing memorable dining experiences for our guests.
