Responsibilities:

- Attention to detail and completing tasks is top priority for this position
- Oversee the daily operations of the breakfast service in a fast-paced restaurant environment
- Manage and train breakfast staff, including scheduling and assigning duties
- Ensure high-quality food and beverage service, adhering to company standards
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders for necessary supplies
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the breakfast area
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and special requests promptly and professionally
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to develop and update breakfast menu offerings
- Implement and enforce food safety regulations and procedures
- Assist with interviewing, hiring, firing and onboarding new breakfast staff members

-Must have a reliable vehicle to pick up products from distributors (max distance 20 miles)

Skills:
- Previous experience in the food industry, preferably in a breakfast or restaurant management role
- Strong knowledge of food production techniques and breakfast menu items
- Proficient in bartending skills, including coffee preparation and specialty beverages
- Excellent cash handling skills with the ability to manage financial transactions accurately
- Familiarity with catering services and the ability to coordinate breakfast events or functions
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices for maintaining a clean and hygienic environment
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
- Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations professionally
