The Breakfast/Attendant is responsible for preparing and serving breakfast, greeting each guest, and ensuring guests are comfortable and overall satisfied.
We are looking for a reliable Breakfast Attendant to cover 5-6 mornings a week. Shift begins at 6am and finishes around 10:30am-11am each morning.
Duties include but are not limited to:
- Setting up and maintaining the breakfast bar area as required by brand standards
- Stocking coffee, juice and milk machines or dispensers
- Setting up serving dishes/trays, utensils, cups and other paper products
- Clearing and cleaning tables
- Restocking items consistently throughout working hours and for next day
- Keeping area clean including removing trash, cleaning breakfast area and kitchen counters, cabinets and floors
- Complete closing duties, including storing all reusable goods, breaking down goods, cleaning all equipment and areas, returning equipment to proper locations, locking refrigerators, restocking items, turning off lights
- Complete daily cleaning checklist
- Practice food safety standards at all times
- Ensure uniform and personal appearance is clean and professional
- Always provide the highest quality of service to the customer
- Perform other job duties as assigned
