We are seeking a reliable and friendly Breakfast Attendant to join our team. As a Breakfast Attendant, you will be responsible for ensuring that our guests have an enjoyable dining experience by providing exceptional service and maintaining a clean and organized breakfast area.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and set up the breakfast area before guests arrive
- Cook and serve breakfast items such as eggs, bacon, sausage, and pastries
- Ensure that food is presented in an appealing manner
- Monitor food levels and replenish as needed
- Clean and sanitize tables, chairs, and serving areas
- Maintain cleanliness of kitchen equipment and utensils
- Assist guests with any special requests or dietary needs
- Provide excellent guest relations by addressing any concerns or inquiries
- Follow all food handling and safety guidelines
- Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure smooth operations
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required
- Knowledge of basic cooking techniques and food preparation
- Ability to use kitchen equipment such as knives, grills, and ovens
- Strong attention to detail in maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards
- Excellent communication skills to interact with guests and team members
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude
- Familiarity with OpenTable or other reservation systems is a plus
