The role

We are looking for a skilled WordPress Designer to create a visually appealing and functional website using the WordPress platform. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of web design principles, WordPress themes, plugins, and a flair for creating user-friendly, responsive websites.

What you’ll do

Develop a website that is visually attractive, easy to navigate, and aligns with our new brand identity.

• Design Development: Understand the needs and objectives to create a website design that align with our business goals, focusing on lead generation, user engagement, and conversion optimization.
• Theme Customization: Design and develop WordPress themes or adapt existing themes to meet our website requirements, ensuring the website reflects the latest brand identity and values.
• Plugin Integration: Identify, install, and customize WordPress plugins that add necessary functionality, such as contact forms, CRM integration, and lead capture tools.
• Responsive Design: Ensure all WordPress designs are fully responsive and optimized for various devices and screen sizes, providing a seamless user experience across desktops, tablets, and smartphones.
• User Experience (UX) Optimization: Design with a focus on creating an intuitive and efficient user experience, facilitating easy navigation and access to information.
• Content Implementation: Work with content teams to incorporate text and images into the website, ensuring that content is displayed effectively.
• SEO Best Practices: Implement SEO-friendly design practices to enhance website visibility and rankings.
• Collaboration: Work closely with developers, content creators, and stakeholders to ensure project alignment and success.

About you

You have the skills and experience to translate business objectives into a compelling digital presence that resonates with business audiences, supports the brand's goals, and drives engagement and conversions.

• Strong portfolio demonstrating proficiency in website design and development.
• Demonstrated experience designing websites that cater to business clients, with an understanding of how to communicate effectively in a B2B context.
• Deep knowledge of WordPress, including themes, plugins, and the ability to customize functionality to meet B2B requirements.
• Strong skills in web design, with a solid grasp of design principles, user experience, and user interface design.
• Proficiency in graphic design, including the use of software like Adobe Creative Suite, to create custom graphics, icons, and other visual elements that enhance the website's appeal.
• Experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Knowledge of responsive design principles and cross-browser compatibility.
• Understanding of SEO principles and their application in web design.
• Ability to translate client requirements into creative and effective design solutions.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Desired proficiency in PHP and MySQL
• Competence in utilizing Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager.
