Your ‘day to day’: As part of our U.S. Commercialization, the Brand Retail Lead is responsible for managing all Direct retail point of sales in a specific territory. This position is to be accountable for achieving optimal commercial performance, deploying commercial programs, and delivering the best-in-class consumer experience in-store. All levels of our Commercialization are responsible for the continuous optimization of channel productivity and operational effectiveness to deliver against targets while developing Retail teams, tracking product and team performance, and ensuring a high level of motivation and commitment.Who we’re looking for: • Support and manage key strategic commercial projects in alignment with PMI corporate strategy across the organization• Coordinate the execution of the Brand Retail strategy according to the national Business Plan, ensuring the alignment of external 3rd parties and internal stakeholders to surpass market share goals• Lead Branded retail event execution in collaboration with coordinators and managers• Track product, team, and overall commercial KPI's within territory with attention to quality, performance, and continuous improvement to meet business needs• Provide training and coaching to store managers & coordinators across territory to facilitate the success of retail stores, ensuring top standard of all activities and compliance with our policies & operational guidelines. Be able to build an encouraging and collaborative retail culture.• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to participate in recruitment & training activities to continually build our Commercialization team as national expansion unfolds• Assisting in the creation of compensation structure including incentive plans to drive retail critical metrics, and set clear KPIs to drive sales team performance and if needed set action plan and focus areas• Monitoring, optimizing and meeting store Profit and Loss structured guidelines per territory• Provide expertise to teams ensuring that all team members are fully knowledgeable of the Law, Company Policies& Practices, and the Company Marketing code with continuous compliance.
