Caviar Gold is looking for talented, competitive, and responsible Sales Representatives that thrive in generating and closing sales. The Sales Representative plays a fundamental role in leading customer conversations and execution of client agreements for Caviar Golds cannabis products. Ideal candidates should be experienced and comfortable in discussing cannabis products, making a high volume of calls daily, generating interest, qualifying prospects and closing sales.
You will represent Caviar Gold in face-to-face interactions with existing and new retail buyers in dispensaries in your designated territory as an educational ambassador and outside sales.

Job Duties:
- Learn and be able to recite the benefits of Caviar Gold and be an educational ambassador
- Effectively train bud tenders quarterly, and/or as needed at each account.
- Generate quality leads by means of web research, events and networking
- Actively pursue new accounts in your territory/territories
- Correspond closely with accounts through outgoing/incoming sales calls and emails
- Maintain communication with accounts including throughout the ordering and delivery process
- Travel within your managed territories visiting all clients/accounts in person, on a regular, rotating basis during normal business hours. Evaluate brand performance and collect market share information
- Host PAD's for each account, 1 - 2 times a month. (Patient/customer Appreciation Day)
- Must do a PAD 72 hours or sooner after their first order is delivered and then once every month from there on out for each account. This means going to the store for 2 hours to promote our products and offer buy one get one deals.
- Every sales rep must Create an Instagram post for each customer appreciation and tag @icecube, @jayandsilentbob, @caviargold420 And @slim400blk
- Communicate effectively with the Sales Manager and distributors
- Review, address and resolve any outstanding client Accounts Receivable issues
- Continually monitor account sales and inventory
