Brew Crew Opportunity
Our Global Brew Crew is seeking a Brand Manager to drive our Food business in the U.S. Market.
As the Food Brand Manager at The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf, you will steer the food strategy for our U.S. operations. Reporting to the Director of Brand Strategy, your core responsibilities involve guiding the entire food product journey, from concept to post-launch evaluation.
Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will:
- Lead the food strategy for our U.S. business, ensuring alignment with The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf's brand mission and values, and oversee the entire product lifecycle from concept to post-launch analysis.
- Collaborate with the product development team on food initiatives, conduct market research to identify innovation opportunities, and adapt strategies to regional preferences and market dynamics.
- Develop vendor relationships through partnership with the procurement team to ensure high-quality, cost-effective food sourcing for the U.S. market.
- Plan and execute comprehensive marketing, promotional, and communication strategies across various business channels and formats to drive the U.S. food business.
- Take a leadership role in the food category, staying at the forefront of industry trends and insights.
- Lead the development of new menu items, pricing strategies, and menu engineering to drive sales and customer satisfaction.
- Analyze sales data, customer feedback, and performance metrics related to food items, and act as a customer liaison to gather valuable feedback and suggestions to inform decision-making and enhance our food offerings.
Your Ingredients
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- 5+ years of experience in brand management, with a focus on food product development and strategy.
- Strong knowledge of the food industry and market trends.
- Experience in collaborating with procurement teams and managing vendor relationships.
- Proficiency in data analysis and KPI-driven decision-making.
- Global perspective and the ability to adapt strategies for regional markets, with a strong emphasis on the U.S. market.
- Passion for coffee, tea, and food.

This is a hybrid position: Monday-Wednesday in our Los Angeles office and Thursday and Friday remote.
