Job Description
The Brand Manager role will be focused on pushing forward our brand equity and awareness marketing efforts. We are looking for someone who is strategic in developing our awareness marketing strategies, and who will support the execution of these efforts in partnership with our performance marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing CleanChoice brand assets and directly impact how we promote our retail clean electricity product. The ideal candidate must have a keen eye for design and experience giving creative feedback. This person will report to the Sr. Director of Brand Marketing and will not have direct reports.
Responsibilities
- Plan and coordinate cross-channel awareness campaigns from start to finish, inclusive of: strategic planning, messaging and high value audience development, asset development, channel planning, and measurement.
- Lead content planning and ensure brand alignment across all marketing verticals, working cross-functionally with digital, direct mail, sales and retention teams.
- Lead key visual asset creation and be the owner of our visual brand identity .
- Analyze awareness marketing campaigns.
- Be the point of contact for media agencies and content designers.
- Execute on marketing messaging research and consumer insights.
- Manage awareness & creative budgets.
- Manage digital asset library, brand playbook, & design guides.
- Support the Sr. Director of Brand Marketing with monthly & quarterly reporting.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- 3-5 years experience working with marketing & advertising
- Ability to work cross-functionally, gain alignment and influence others
- Has experience with digital and offline marketing awareness channels
- Experience with setting KPIs and tracking to goals
- Ability to think strategically and quantitatively
- Has an eye for design standards and has experience giving creative direction & feedback
- Excellent time and project management skills, able to manage multiple projects with varying schedules simultaneously
- Agile, highly organized, and able to easily shift priorities

This position offers compensation commensurate with experience and skills, an incentive plan, and a robust benefits package.
