Market. As the Food Brand Manager at The Coffee Bean& Tea Leaf, you will steer the food strategy for our U.S. operations.Reporting to the Director of Brand Strategy, your core responsibilities involveguiding the entire food product journey, from concept to post-launchevaluation.
Key Responsibilities In this role, you will: Lead the foodstrategy for our U.S. business, ensuring alignment with The Coffee Bean &Tea Leaf's brand mission and values, and oversee the entire product lifecyclefrom concept to post-launch analysis. Collaborate withthe product development team on food initiatives, conduct market research toidentify innovation opportunities, and adapt strategies to regional preferencesand market dynamics.
Develop vendorrelationships through partnership with the procurement team to ensurehigh-quality, cost-effective food sourcing for the U.S. market. Plan and executecomprehensive marketing, promotional, and communication strategies acrossvarious business channels and formats to drive the U.S.
food business. Take a leadershiprole in the food category, staying at the forefront of industry trends andinsights. Lead thedevelopment of new menu items, pricing strategies, and menu engineering todrive sales and customer satisfaction.
Analyze salesdata, customer feedback, and performance metrics related to food items, and actas a customer liaison to gather valuable feedback and suggestions to informdecision-making and enhance our food offerings. YourIngredients Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (MBApreferred). 5+ years of experience in brand management, with a focus on food productdevelopment and strategy.
Strong knowledge of the food industry and market trends. Experience in collaborating with procurement teams and managing vendorrelationships. Proficiency in data analysis and KPI-driven decision-making.
Global perspective and the ability to adapt strategies for regionalmarkets, with a strong emphasis on the U.S. market. Passion for coffee, tea, and food.
