Role & Responsibilities
Our Marketing team is growing, and we are looking for an experience Graphic & Brand Designer who is passionate about brand design to lead all facets of our internal creative team. This designer will be responsible for developing effective, on-brand, and on-strategy creative across packaging, print, digital, POS, activations, and presentations. The Graphic & Brand Designer must have a strong portfolio showcasing a broad range of design skills across multichannel campaigns. Reporting to the VP of Marketing, the Graphic Brand Designer must be able to manage multiple projects and enjoy working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. This a hybrid (4x in office) position located in Dallas, TX.
Key Duties
BRAND DESIGN & GUIDELINES
• Concepting and driving creative for brand campaigns and new product launches across the following areas:
- Print, Digital, POS (Point of Sale), Brand experiential events / activations, Presentations, Merchandise, Digital banners and web assets; Small packaging edits
- Collaborating with Marcom and brand marketing teams to ensure that all designs align with the brand standards, while also meeting usability and website standards
- Leading internal creative production needs & assisting with external production; ability to assist with video editing a major plus.
- Assisting in implementing visuals for internal communications
- Spearhead a DAM process to manage all digital and creative assets.
• Copy writing skills not required, but highly desirable
• Source & manage a team of creative freelancers as need
SOCIAL PLATFORMS OVERSIGHT
• Stay up to date on social media trends and news
• In partnership with Marketing Communications Director, develop and evolve organic social media strategy
• In partnership with PR agency, oversee development, feedback and approvals for monthly social media calendar and content
• Develop briefs for content creators
Experience, Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
• Bachelor's degree in digital design, graphic design, or graphic communication
• 7+ years brand design experience across multichannel campaigns; experience within an advertising or design agency is highly preferred
• Deep understanding of typography, marketing, production, website design, corporate identity, advertisements, and multimedia design
• Skilled in the Adobe Creative Suite including Photoshop, InDesign and After Effects
• Strong portfolio showcasing B2C brand experience and a strong range of design skills across mediums and campaigns; CPG experience a major plus
• Able to thrive in an entrepreneurial, fast-paced, and dynamic environment
• Strong work ethic and personal accountability; Effective time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines
• Strong PC proficiency to include Microsoft Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint; experience with Monday.com a plus
• Travel required up to 10%
