Who You'll Work With:
Join our Content Strategy team, collaborating with Outshift's marketing and growth teams, plus experts from across Cisco's product, open source, and research divisions. Make an impact on our digital presence and market engagement.
What You'll Do:
- Refine content for digital platforms, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and brand consistency.
- Craft user-friendly, jargon-free messaging for diverse audiences.
- Research industry trends and audience preferences to shape our content strategy.
- Collaborate on content creation, from website copy to newsletters.
- Provide feedback and maintain high editorial standards.
Who You Are:
- Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, or related fields.
- Demonstrated writing and proofreading skills.
- Ability to translate complex tech concepts into engaging content.
- Experience in copywriting or content creation, ideally in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and content management systems.
- Familiarity with SEO best practices is a plus.
- Strong communication, time management, and teamwork skills.
- Adaptability to evolving business needs and global collaboration.
