We are hiring enthusiastic Brand Ambassadors to be the face and voice of our brand. You will be a consultant for a fast growing tech start up! This start up is the leading provider of checkout-free shopping technology for existing stores. Brand Ambassadors will be involved in increasing brand awareness by promoting our technology to new/existing customers at client sites (convenience/gas station locations).
Responsibilities
- Engage with potential customers through face-to-face interactions at client sites/stores
- Promote our technology and provide exceptional customer service and subject matter expertise as it relates to the app.
- Work as a positive team player to meet individual and team goals. Drive product adoption and onboarding
- Develop deep expertise in our solution from a user standpoint, and serve as a subject matter expert to demo and educate clients.
- Understand client’s needs and offer feedback and solutions to everyday challenges.
- Learn about the benefits and services of our product to effectively educate customers.
Requirements
- You have a desire to contribute to a rapid-growth, high-potential start-up
- Customer service and/or sales skills
- Reliable source of transportation
- High school Diploma or GED (minimum requirement)
- 18 years or older
