Brand Ambassador - Cake Cannabis

Location: Chandler, AZ (close to highway for easy commute)

Job Title: Brand Ambassador & Product Education

Full Time: $19 to $21 per hour with health benefits.

Part Time: $18 to $20 per hour with quarterly cash incentives. Ability to be scheduled between 15 and 25 hours per week.

CAKE She Hits Different! We are a woman and BIPOC-owned lifestyle cannabis brand offering innovative cannabis products, streetwear apparel, and exclusive events. CAKE was founded in 2019 and has developed legions of passionate fans that have fallen in love with its innovative products.

We are looking for upbeat, passionate individuals to engage with dispensary staff and customers! In this role, you will be promoting CAKE to the fullest at events and retail dispensary locations, including product education, vendor days, and other general activities that support brand awareness and customer loyalty.

Minimum Requirements:

• Must have a reliable vehicle
• Mileage reimbursement is paid out at $0.625 per mile of driving to cover wear and tear as well as fuel.
• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Ability to pass a background check
• High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
• Must have an active valid Arizona Facility Agent Card
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
• Ability to work on weekends
• Ability to preserve confidentiality of information
• Must consent to a criminal background check performed by the Company and/or the Department of Health Services
• Employment eligibility is contingent upon successful completion of the criminal background check conducted by the Department of Health Services
• Requires basic technical skills and experience using company email and spreadsheets systems

Candidates:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Upbeat and welcoming personality that likes meeting new people and making friends.
• Must be confident speaking about cannabis to customers and budtenders.
• Comfortable with Social Media and able to make approved posts and/or share special moments of customers enjoying CAKE She Hits Different.
• Team player with the ability to follow directions clearly

• Organized and punctual
• Must be willing to work nights and weekends as needed.
• Some travel inside Arizona is required with possible overnight stays required.
• Have a current understanding of the regulated Arizona Medical and Adult Use market and product mix. Current or prior “budtender” experience is preferred.
• Current Arizona FA Card is required along with a working understanding of the AZDHS compliance procedures.
• Background check is required.
