Brand Ambassador - Remote

Grow your career as a Brand Ambassador within Trisept Solutions, one of our 14 industry-leading brands. In this role you will be responsible for representing VAX VacationAccess (VAX) within the travel agency community. This role will develop relationships with advisors, agencies, host agencies,  and industry organizations to educate and increase awareness of the value VAX provides as the leading leisure travel marketplace. This role will participate in our quarterly planning sessions setting the strategic goals for VAX’s agency facing initiatives. 

A successful Brand Ambassador will:

• Represent VAX as our Brand Ambassador at industry events
• Lead and develop a team as the VAX team grows
• Coordinate materials, booth and employee assignments for industry events
• Develop and leverage c-level host, consortia and other key industry relationships
• Deliver actionable advisor feedback to improve the VAX marketplace
• Create an understanding of the VAX brand and change the current perception among agencies & advisors
• Develop relationships with supplier BDM teams to solicit feedback, train the trainer and find collaborative opportunities
• Be the ears on the ground, understand and communicate agency challenges, trends and needs
• Leverage data to drive agency engagement
• Build a strong network of advisor relationships that can be leveraged for interviews, quotes, testimonials and more
• Coordinate and host VAX’s sponsored webinars as well as VAX’s webinars with trade organizations
• Manage communication channels with advisors including training emails, feedback emails, social messages and more
• Provide monthly recaps outlining the state of the agency engagement
• Develop strategy, implement, own & execute the VAX advisory board
• Ability to manage direct reports as the team grows
• Define annual and quarterly strategic goals that align to the business plan
• Leverage industry relationships to secure panel and speaking engagements for VAX to be positioned as a thought leader
• Negotiate best exposure and ROI for attendance at industry events
• Secure panel/speaking opportunities for VAX to position itself as an industry expert
• Create, document and maintain VAX training curriculum
• In alignment with the production team and brand standards, develop content for presentations and industry events

A successful Brand Ambassador will have:

• Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university; or four or more years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 5 or more years experience within the travel industry
• Ability to travel up to 75% of the time both nationally and internationally
• Ability to set up Tradeshow booth
• Ability to present/speak in front of large crowds in person or online.
