JOB SUMMARY
FMFL Facilities, LLC is seeking a Brand Ambassador for the Southern Illinois territory to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for cultivating new and existing relationships, identifying new opportunities, and following up on potential leads. The Brand Ambassador will also identify emerging markets and develop plans to utilize those markets to expand revenue.
ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide product samples, coupons, informational brochures, or other incentives to persuade people to buy products.
- Demonstrate or explain products, methods, or services to persuade customers to purchase products.
- Record and report demonstration-related information, such as number of questions asked by the audience, or the number of coupons distributed.
- Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services. This includes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction.
- Assist the Sales Team by gaining and growing the brand with established accounts.
- Collaborate with the Sales and Marketing Team to promote our brand.
- Help coordinate and participate in large industry focused events and assist with Vendor Days as needed (weekends may be required).
- Exhibit an appearance and demeanor that is professional and responsible.
- Prepare brand position and performance updates at regularly scheduled meetings.
- Must be compliant with all legal or company regulations for working in the industry.
- Continuously improve through feedback plan.
- Setup appointments and provisioning center visits to promote products.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, & SKILLS
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Must pass all required background checks.
- A high school diploma is required.
- Cannabis knowledge preferred.
- Must be highly motivated.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds at times.
- Must be able to bend, lift, stretch and kneel.
- Must be able to travel.
TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS
- Valid Driver License
- Ability to travel across the State of Michigan as necessary up to 50%.
