Brand Ambassador (Seasonal – Part Time)

The Brand Ambassador is a nonexempt, seasonal and part time position considered to be a face and voice of our brands. Responsible for increasing brand awareness and sales by promoting products through various media channels. Works closely with sales and marketing to achieve marketing goals and objectives such as communicating the value of our products to customers, tracking customer feedback, and representing the brand at launches and events.

This role will report directly to the Sales Department.

Primary Objectives/Role and Responsibilities:

· Familiarizing yourself with the company’s mission, vision, and goals

· Representing the brand positively in a multitude of settings

· Assisting in content creation (social media posts)

· Participating in event marketing

· Generating brand awareness through word of mouth marketing

· Providing feedback and insight on new products/services

· Promoting the brand via their personal social media accounts

· Attends meetings and functions during the days, nights, and weekends as required and in appropriate professional attire.

· Performs other duties as assigned.

Development of the Position

• The position will require continuous education and product knowledge. As Adams Beverages adjusts changes or acquires new brands, this position will need to understand these brands, their origin, flavor profile and product placement needs.
• Completion of all assigned ABU courses that relate to the position and safety.

Competencies & Job Requirements:

• Must be at least 21 years of age
• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Some College or Continued Education Preferred
• Prior experience in a customer service environment
• Friendly, approachable, and outgoing personality
• Advanced knowledge of social media platforms and tools
• Adaptable; must have the ability to prioritize tasks
• Enthusiastic, Team player interested in positive company growth
• Strong Organizational and Sales Presentation skills
• Availability & Willingness to travel on limited engagements
• A clear understanding of Company policies and the ability to adhere to them
• The ability to meet all standard employment requirements. Must have a valid driver’s license and maintain an acceptable driving record according to company policy
• Ability to work days, nights, and weekends as required

Communication Requirements

• Excellent oral and written communications skills (Interacts well with Internal & External Customers). Role requires strong written and verbal communication skills in order to effectively relay Brand communication with Social Media

The noise level in the work environment is usually quiet to moderate. In addition, the exposure while in customer locations cannot be projected. These conditions may vary, and the employee will receive adequate training to recognize and avoid hazards that cannot be described as expected. Noise levels will range from quiet to loud.
